1. How to Care for My Sterling Silver Jewelry Pieces?
All our Sterling Silver pieces are protected with an anti-tarnish solution to help prevent tarnish, but this will eventually wear with time. Silver tarnishes rapidly when exposed to certain substances in our everyday lives. To keep your jewellery’s brilliance, remove your pieces when you shower, bathe or engage in heavy exercise, particularly when swimming in the sea or a chlorinated swimming pool. Avoid spaying perfume, applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery. Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight and avoid wearing it when using bleach cleaning products and other chemicals.
2. HOW TO STORE YOUR JEWELLERY?
- Remove your jewellery when you bathe, swim or intensely exercise to maintain its quality and shine. Keep your jewellery away from extreme temperatures, humidity or sunlight.
- Avoid spraying perfumes and applying creams or any other liquids directly onto your jewellery.
- Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or suitably lined box (like our Trinket Box or Jewellery Roll).
- All our sterling silver products are protected with an antitarnish solution to help prevent tarnish.
3. How to clean sterling silver jewelry items?
To keep our jewellery looking radiant and to remove the build-up of dirt and premature tarnish, we recommend using a soft cloth to clean them. Rub the piece in one direction rather than circular motions. A silver cleaner can be used to clean Sterling Silver pieces but not Rose or Yellow Gold Vermeil. Do not use tissue paper or paper towels to clean metal as they can cause scratching.
Orders & Payment
1. My item is missing?
We want to ensure that your jewellery is delivered to you safely. This is why most pieces are carefully placed in the small branded bag that can be found inside of your box. Please ensure to search the deliver box thoroughly when checking for your new jewellery. Some items are small and are commonly missed. However, mistakes can happen, if you think your item is missing, please get in touch with our customer care team and one of our team members get back with you as soon as possible.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Not to worry, you can cancel your order by sending us an email within 1 hour of placing your order. If you’re placing an order outside of our office hours or get in touch too late, we’ll be able to assist you with a return and refund instead.
3. Can I amend my order?
You can amend your order by sending us an email within 1 hour of placing your order.
When amending an order, the things we can easily change for you are delivery addresses, contact information and gift messages.
If you’re looking to add another item to your order, we suggest placing a separate order.
4. How can I get a VAT receipt?
Please contact us via email, quoting your order number and we’ll provide a full VAT invoice. Easy peasy!
5. What payment methods do you accept?
You’re spoilt for choice! We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Shipping & Delivery
1. Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely, Contact us 1 hour of placing your order and we’ll amend this for you.
2. How do I track my order?
We strongly recommend choosing tracked deliver service over standard at checkout. We offer FREE tracked shipping to all orders above £40.
Returns & Warranty
1. Can I return my item?
We hope you love your jewellery as much as we do but if it isn’t quite right you can send it back to us for either a refund or an exchange. Visit our Returns page here to find out how.
2. How long do returns take?
We work hard to process returns as quickly as possible. It will take 2-5 working days from the date it is received back.
We won’t leave you hanging, we promise. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return.
Please note during peak times (November – January) returns could take up to 7 working days to process.
3. How do I know if you have received my return?
We offer a 6 months warranty that covers every piece free of charge. After that, we offer a lifetime repair for a small fee.
Policies & Product Care
1. What does the Audrey warranty cover?
All our jewellery is covered by our 6 months warranty policy. Within this time, we offer free replacements for any manufacturing or material defects. If your item suffers a fault or breakage due to a manufacturing issue, please get in contact and we will replace your piece, at no extra cost.
Please note our warranty does not cover loss, accidental damage, wear and tear, or damage from improper use or storage.
We will require proof of purchase to activate the warranty for you, if you have lost your order number since placing your order, please get in touch and we will be able to locate this for you.
2. Does your jewellery contain nickel?
Audrey jewelry does not contain nickel.
3. Is your jewellery hallmarked?
All of our pieces are stamped with 925-metal purity stamp, certifying that our pieces are made with a minimum of 92.5% pure silver.
